According to Article 9 of the Consumer Protection Law of Ukraine, the consumer has the right to replace a product of proper quality with a similar one within 14 days if the product does not meet the requirements in terms of form, size, style, color, or cannot be used for its intended purpose. However, this is possible only if the product has not been used and is in its original condition, including packaging, seals, and accompanying documents.

If the requested replacement product is not available at the time, the consumer has the right to purchase any other products or receive a refund equal to the value of the returned product. Alternatively, the consumer can exchange the product for a similar one as soon as it becomes available for sale again. Refunds are processed within seven days based on the purchase price of the product.

Consumer requests will be considered only after verifying the customer’s surname, order number, complete product set, and factory packaging. The replacement of the product or refund is only possible if all conditions and procedures are met.

Refusal to replace the product or provide a refund may occur under the following conditions:

  • The product, which does not have significant defects, has been used.
  • More than 14 days have passed since the purchase of the product.
  • The quality check of the product reveals signs of tampering (opening, attempted repair) or other violations of warranty conditions.
  • The customer cannot provide a document confirming the purchase of the product.
  • The product is incomplete.

Please note that according to Clause 3 of Article 4 of the Consumer Protection Law of Ukraine, consumers have the following obligations:

  1. Carefully read the operation instructions provided by the store before using the product.
  2. Seek clarification from the seller regarding the conditions and rules of product use before using it.
  3. Use the product according to its intended purpose and comply with the conditions (requirements, norms, rules) specified by the manufacturer in the product documentation.
  4. To prevent negative consequences for the consumer regarding the use of the product, adhere to the safety methods and specific rules provided by the manufacturer in the operational documentation. In the absence of such rules in the documentation, follow common understandable safety methods applicable to products of this kind.

Before sending the product, the buyer must contact a company representative to discuss the shipping terms and obtain the recipient’s details.

Refunds are made by transferring the money to the buyer’s card.
