The project includes 73 townhouses, duplexes, and detached houses, located on a 4-hectare area. The main criteria for selecting materials for the interior finishing of the cottages were aesthetics, relevance, quick installation, and premium-class quality. Another important task was to implement interior finishing works with optimal cost efficiency. Easy Wall wall panels, which were used for full wall décor, meet these requirements. Ceramic tiles with an infinite pattern were used for additional visual accents in the TV-wall and kitchen areas. The bathroom is fully decorated with large-format ceramic tiles featuring an infinite pattern.
